Every build gets a fixed price in the written scope, before any work starts. You know the number and what it covers before you commit.

Who owns the code and the data?

Your data and your accounts belong to your company from day one. The code written specifically for you becomes yours as it is paid for. Systems built on the Pinnacle Ethos framework come with a perpetual license to use it in your business. Your written scope spells out which is which.

What happens after launch?

30 days of support are included with every build. If you want ongoing help after that, we can keep going on a monthly basis.

Do we have to replace the tools we already use?

Usually not. Most builds connect to what you already run, like your storefront, accounting, and CRM, and replace only the parts that are holding you back.
