Private AI for business

AI that works inside the operation. Your team spends hours reading, sorting, drafting, and looking things up, and generic chat tools don't know your business.

What we build

AI tools wired into your own documents, data, and workflows, with clear limits on what they can do and a record of what they did.

When your data should stay in the building, the models can run on hardware you control. Both systems below, built for the founder's own two businesses, run their AI on local models on the business's own hardware, not a cloud AI service.

Reads photos and labels
At Denali, the system identifies an item from photos and reads the part number and serial off the label photo. At ASaabForever, a vision model reads part numbers and barcodes off the photos.
Drafts the work
Denali's system drafts the listing title and description and pulls recent sold-price research. ASaabForever's hands each drafted listing to a person for review.
Search
At ASaabForever, a local embedding model powers search.
People approve
At Denali, lister accounts submit for approval instead of publishing directly.
Stays on your hardware
Denali's AI models run on a second machine on the same network, and no item data goes to a cloud AI service.

Running in production

ASaabForever

Saab parts, sold on eBay and Shopify

One operations hub for stock, listing, orders, shipping and profit, with eBay and Shopify following it.

  • The AI that reads photos and drafts listings runs on local models on the business's own hardware, not a cloud AI service.

Disclosure: Drew Golub, the founder of Pinnacle Ethos, owns ASaabForever. We built this system for his own business.

Denali Liquidation Group

Commercial and industrial liquidation

One system that knows what the company owns, where it sits, what it cost, where it is listed and what it made.

  • One photo session produces the listing: the item identified, the part number read off the label, sold-price research pulled, and the title and HTML description written.
  • Every AI step runs on local models on Denali's own hardware. No item data goes to a cloud AI service.

Disclosure: Drew Golub, the founder of Pinnacle Ethos, owns Denali Liquidation Group. We built this system for his own business.

Questions

What does a build cost?

Every build gets a fixed price in the written scope, before any work starts. You know the number and what it covers before you commit.

Who owns the code and the data?

Your data, accounts, and content belong to your company from day one. The systems we build for you come with a perpetual license to run and change them in your business. We keep ownership of what we build, so it cannot be resold or repackaged, and we never reuse your data. If you want a specific feature to be yours alone, we can price it as an exclusive feature. Your written scope spells out which is which.

What happens after launch?

30 days of support are included with every build. If you want ongoing help after that, we can keep going on a monthly basis.

Do we have to replace the tools we already use?

Usually not. Most builds connect to what you already run, like your storefront, accounting, and CRM, and replace only the parts that are holding you back.

Where are you based?

Columbus, Ohio. We work with founder-led companies anywhere, by video and on site when it helps.
