Custom inventory systems

Know what is on the shelf. Stock lives in spreadsheets, the storefront, and someone's memory, and none of them agree.

What we build

One inventory record for every SKU and shelf location, with receiving, cycle counts, and reorder planning, kept in sync with every channel you sell on.

Receiving
Receiving against purchase orders. Items inherit the cost of the lot they came in on.
Locations
Bins and shelves with barcode labels printed on a thermal printer, so items have a place on file.
Counts
Cycle counts that put the riskiest shelves first, and shelf scans that show what disagrees with the records.
Channels
One stock number that your sales channels follow (eBay and Shopify in production today, at the founder's own two businesses), with scheduled checks that flag drift and oversell risk.
Reorder
Reorder planning, purchase orders, and supplier records in the same system as the stock.
Numbers
Cost, profit per order, and an aging report that shows slow movers and the value tied up in them.
  • Inventory data model
  • Receiving and count workflows
  • Reorder planning
  • Sales channel sync
  • Runbook and training

ASaabForever

Saab parts, sold on eBay and Shopify

One operations hub for stock, listing, orders, shipping and profit, with eBay and Shopify following it.

  • ShippingEasy is fully retired. Labels have been bought and printed from the hub since July 2026, and 15,718 past shipments were carried over into its history.
  • The catalog holds more than 80,000 Saab part numbers, and counting, built from Saab's own parts documentation, books, dealer software and parts library, with each part number tracked through its supersessions (as of October 3, 2026).

Disclosure: Drew Golub, the founder of Pinnacle Ethos, owns ASaabForever. We built this system for his own business.

Denali Liquidation Group

Commercial and industrial liquidation

One system that knows what the company owns, where it sits, what it cost, where it is listed and what it made.

  • In production since June 2026, replacing ShippingEasy as the system of record for inventory and shipping.
  • By the end of August 2026, 117 of the 341 live eBay listings had been created through the hub's own listing flow.

Disclosure: Drew Golub, the founder of Pinnacle Ethos, owns Denali Liquidation Group. We built this system for his own business.

Questions

What does a build cost?

Every build gets a fixed price in the written scope, before any work starts. You know the number and what it covers before you commit.

Who owns the code and the data?

Your data, accounts, and content belong to your company from day one. The systems we build for you come with a perpetual license to run and change them in your business. We keep ownership of what we build, so it cannot be resold or repackaged, and we never reuse your data. If you want a specific feature to be yours alone, we can price it as an exclusive feature. Your written scope spells out which is which.

What happens after launch?

30 days of support are included with every build. If you want ongoing help after that, we can keep going on a monthly basis.

Do we have to replace the tools we already use?

Usually not. Most builds connect to what you already run, like your storefront, accounting, and CRM, and replace only the parts that are holding you back.

Where are you based?

Columbus, Ohio. We work with founder-led companies anywhere, by video and on site when it helps.
