Software written around your process: internal tools, portals, and integrations that no subscription offers, documented for whoever maintains it next.
The two systems below were built for the founder's own two businesses, ASaabForever and Denali Liquidation Group. Each point names where it runs.
- Built for one business
- Each is built for one business. Denali's is organized around the jobs people do: buying, listing, selling, shipping, and the money.
- A screen for each role
- At ASaabForever, staff sign in, and each role (admin, manager, staff, warehouse, lister, accounting, reporting) sees the screens for its job.
- Connected
- Both work with eBay and print shipping labels on a thermal printer through Veeqo. ASaabForever's also keeps its Shopify store in step.
- Runs on its own
- More than 30 scheduled jobs at ASaabForever and more than 20 at Denali keep each system current without anyone pressing a button.
- Safe changes
- Both try changes on a staging copy first. At Denali, a production release takes a backup and checks the system's health before it is done.
- Backups and training
- At Denali, a nightly encrypted backup goes offsite, and the daily operator has a written guide and a practice copy to learn on.
