E-commerce operations systems

Sell without the duct tape. The store works until an order touches anything else: stock, shipping, accounting, or support.

What we build

A storefront and order pipeline that moves each order from checkout to fulfillment to the books without anyone retyping it.

Both systems below run real online stores for the founder's own two businesses. Each point names where it runs.

One order list
At ASaabForever, eBay and Shopify orders arrive in one order list.
Stock that follows
At ASaabForever, stock on Shopify is checked and corrected every 5 minutes and on eBay every 10 minutes, besides the push after each sale.
Shipping
Both buy labels through Veeqo and print on a thermal printer. At ASaabForever, tracking goes back to eBay or Shopify.
Pricing
At ASaabForever, no price change goes out to eBay until someone approves it. At Denali, aging stock is marked down on rules the business sets.
Returns and claims
At ASaabForever, returns have their own workflow, and carrier claims are tracked from filing to payment.
Profit per order
Both track profit per order. Denali's includes postage and the real eBay fee.

ASaabForever

Saab parts, sold on eBay and Shopify

One operations hub for stock, listing, orders, shipping and profit, with eBay and Shopify following it.

  • ShippingEasy is fully retired. Labels have been bought and printed from the hub since July 2026, and 15,718 past shipments were carried over into its history.
  • More than 3,000 orders sit in one order history, about 230 of them shipped outside the US (as of September 20, 2026).

Disclosure: Drew Golub, the founder of Pinnacle Ethos, owns ASaabForever. We built this system for his own business.

Denali Liquidation Group

Commercial and industrial liquidation

One system that knows what the company owns, where it sits, what it cost, where it is listed and what it made.

  • In production since June 2026, replacing ShippingEasy as the system of record for inventory and shipping.

Disclosure: Drew Golub, the founder of Pinnacle Ethos, owns Denali Liquidation Group. We built this system for his own business.

Questions

What does a build cost?

Every build gets a fixed price in the written scope, before any work starts. You know the number and what it covers before you commit.

Who owns the code and the data?

Your data, accounts, and content belong to your company from day one. The systems we build for you come with a perpetual license to run and change them in your business. We keep ownership of what we build, so it cannot be resold or repackaged, and we never reuse your data. If you want a specific feature to be yours alone, we can price it as an exclusive feature. Your written scope spells out which is which.

What happens after launch?

30 days of support are included with every build. If you want ongoing help after that, we can keep going on a monthly basis.

Do we have to replace the tools we already use?

Usually not. Most builds connect to what you already run, like your storefront, accounting, and CRM, and replace only the parts that are holding you back.

Where are you based?

Columbus, Ohio. We work with founder-led companies anywhere, by video and on site when it helps.
